Janique Burke is a former Forbes Travel Guide luxury hotel inspector with years of experience visiting and evaluating luxury hotels based on their services and facilities using a specific set of detailed hospitality standards. Through her professional evaluation, she can provide the best solution needed to improve your space in order to maximize your earning potential.

As a woman who loves first-class and five-star travel and spent seven years evaluating, analyzing and quantifying Forbes Travel Guide service standards for their star-rated program, Janique knows luxury. After many years of evaluating and analyzing luxury hotels, such as The St. Regis, Mandarin Oriental, Four Seasons and Wynn Las Vegas, inspecting the quality and cleanliness of their facilities, amenities and providing in depth reports showing benchmarks and performance standards as it related to the hospitality industry, Janique is putting this indepth knowledge to use within the short-term rental field.

 

Janique also has a backgroung in public relations/media consulting and branding. She spent her earlier years as an independant PR representative for reality television stars, Yandy Smith (VH1) and Chinese Nicky (VH1), actress/comedian Tami Roman (VH1, AppleTV, BounceTV and CBS) and award-winning film maker, Jerry Lamothe, to name a few. Her years of experience leading media campaigns, creating and building brands for her clients is an added bonus when consulting STR properties. 

 

She wrote her eBook, Girlfriends' Guide to Luxury: 5 Benefits to Five-Star Hotel Stays, to highlight the many perks of luxuryhotel stays. The eBook presents some advantages of visiting high quality hotels based on her personal experiences and professional expertise.
